1. COMPETITION CONDITIONS

1.1. Words in capitals or small capitals have the special meanings defined herein. The Competition Conditions cannot be disapplied or varied without the Promoter’s agreement.

1.3. THE WEBSITE: https://onegiveaways.com/ provides eligible participants the opportunity to enter prize competitions hosted on the website (the “Competition”), free from regulation under the Gambling Act 2005 in the United Kingdom. For more information, visit www.gamblingcommission.gov.uk

1.4. APPLICABILITY: These Official Rules apply to every Competition launched on or after 25.03.2026.

1.5. ELIGIBILITY: Participants must:

• Be at least 18 years old;
• Not fall under Prohibited Persons (see 1.6);

1.6. PROHIBITED PERSON:

• Employees of the Promoter;
• Employees of agents/suppliers connected to the Competition;
• Immediate family or household members of the above;

1.7. Entries from ineligible persons will be disqualified.

1.8. Participation constitutes agreement to these Official Rules. Promoter decisions are final.

1.9. Proof of eligibility may be requested. Failure to provide may result in disqualification.

1.10. The Promoter will not accept entries that are:

• Automatically generated;
• Incomplete;

1.11. The Promoter may disqualify Participants acting against the spirit of the Competition.

1.12. No refunds will be issued in cases of fraud, hacking, or misuse of the Website.

1.13. PROHIBITED JURISDICTIONS: Countries where participation is illegal.

2. HOW TO ENTER

2.1. Competitions run between the Opening Date and Closing Date displayed on the Website (UK time).

2.2. Dates may be changed if necessary.

2.3. Late entries are automatically disqualified.

2.4. Maximum entries per Competition are stated on the Website.

2.5. Entry limits per person apply.

2.6. Paid Entry Steps:

2. Submit answer;
3. Choose entries;
4. Login/register;
5. Accept T&Cs and pay;

Only complete and valid entries are accepted. The Promoter is not responsible for technical errors or lost entries.

2.7. FREE ENTRY:

• Include: Name, DOB, address, contact details, competition name, answer
• Each entry must be in a separate envelope
• Must be received before Closing Date

Free entries have equal chances as paid entries.

By entering, Participants:

• Waive rights to additional damages;

• No cash value;
