POSTAL ENTRY ROUTE – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. INTRODUCTION

1.1. This document sets out the terms and conditions governing free postal entry into Competitions hosted on https://onegiveaways.com/.

1.2. Postal entry is provided to ensure Competitions are free to enter and compliant with applicable UK law.

1.3. Postal entries are treated equally to paid entries and have the same chance of winning.

2. ELIGIBILITY

• Available only to eligible individuals under the Official Rules;
• Minimum age: 18 years;
• Prohibited persons/jurisdictions are not allowed;

3. HOW TO ENTER BY POST

3.1. Entries must be sent via pre-paid first or second class post only.

3.3. Hand-delivered entries are not accepted.

4. REQUIRED INFORMATION

Each entry must include:

• Competition name or ID;
• Full legal name;
• Date of birth;
• Full address;
• Email and phone number;
• Answer to competition question (if required);

5. ENTRY CONDITIONS

• Each entry must be in a separate stamped envelope/postcard;
• Multiple entries in one envelope = one entry;
• Incomplete or illegible entries are disqualified;
• Proof of posting ≠ proof of receipt;

6. ENTRY DEADLINES

• Must be postmarked before Closing Date;
• Late entries are not accepted;
• Entries within 48h may receive credit (Promoter discretion);

7. WEBSITE ACCOUNT REQUIREMENT

• Must have an active account;
• Details must match postal entry;
• Account required before Closing Date;

8. POSTAGE COST ADJUSTMENTS

• Multiple entries may be granted if postage exceeds entry fee;
• All required info must be included for each entry;

9. EQUAL TREATMENT

• Same draw as paid entries;
• Equal winning chances;

10. GENERAL

• Subject to Official Rules and Policies;
• Promoter decisions are final;
